ガーナのIT推進機関“Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communication（GIFEC）”が、ガーナ国内の公共図書館及び移動図書館のIT化を進めるプロジェクト“Library Connectivity Project”を実施しているようです。2012年までに公共図書館と移動図書館に対して、コンピューター端末の提供などを行い、インターネットにアクセスできる環境の構築を支援するとのことです。
