2013年6月5日付けの高等教育書誌センター（Agence bibliographique de l’enseignement superieur：ABES）の記事によると、2012年末にフランスの文化・コミュニケーション省とABESとの間で結ばれた合意に基づき、この度、ナショナルライセンスの電子リソースが同国の公共図書館で提供開始となったようです。電子リソースには、GALE社のEighteenth Century Collections OnlineやSpringer社の電子ジャーナル・電子書籍等があるようです。
